Getting Started : Getting acquainted with the navigation tools : Basic/Advanced Mode

Basic/Advanced Mode
Some of the tools in the OnPoint website are common/default tools that are used frequently, whereas there are some tools that require to be configured at administrator level. All these tools, if displayed together, could add to the complexity of using the website. To avoid this, OnPoint allows you to display tools on the website in two different modes — Basic and Advanced. The Basic mode contain tools that are frequently used by the OnPoint website user and are used for basic operations on the map, whereas the Advanced mode contains basic tools as well as tools that are used to perform advanced operations on the map.
You can select the required mode from the Command bar.
The availability of any tool in the basic and advance mode depends on the configuration and security.
