Changing the active layer from the Map Content and Legend Pane

In addition to using the Layer Options button in the Map Content and Legend pane, you can also change the active layer from the Active Layer field in the Map Content and Legend pane.

1.	Click the arrow beside the currently selected active layer name to open the layer menu.

2.	Select the layer from the list. The selected layer becomes the active layer and is highlighted in the Map Content and Legend pane.
