Viewing reports
You can view reports for data associated with locations on the map. You can generate these reports as a .pdf or .html file or export the report data as a .csv or .xml file. Additional options are available if the report uses SAP Crystal Reports™ as the report viewer.
Reports can be viewed from the following locations:
Viewing reports using the Identify tool

In the Map Tools pane, select the Identify tool and click a location on the map to view any associated data. The More Information window appears and displays data that is associated with that location.
NOTE: 
The More Information window is blank if no information is associated with the location that you clicked on the map.

In the More Information window, from the Attribute Details For list, select the layer for which reports have been enabled. The Select Reports field appears.

Select the type of report from the Select Reports list. The following table lists the options available in the list.

After you have selected the type of report to be generated, click View to open the report in the selected format.
Certain reports types offer the choice of allowing you either to open the report in the report viewer window or as a .pdf. When you click the View button, select either View as Crystal Report or View as PDF. If you cannot see these options, these options are not available for this report type. Viewing reports from the Results window
You can either create a report for all items in the Results window or create a report for individual items. Reports can be in one of the following formats:

If you want to view a report for a single item in the Results window, click the number beside the selection to open the More Information window. In the Select Reports field, select the report type and click View to open a report for this selection item.
If the buffer tool and buffer selection reports have been configured, reports for selections you make using the buffer tool are also available in the top right corner of the Results window.

Viewing Crystal Reports
If the report viewer used to display the report is Crystal Reports, you have two options for viewing it: you can open the report in the Crystal Reports report viewer or you can print or save the report as a .pdf without opening the report viewer first.
