Using the Change Detection tool
The Change Detection tool lets you either swipe, blend, or flicker any layer.

On the Map Tools pane, click the More Tools button and then select Change Detection. The Change Detection window opens.

This option lets you view only that part of the map where the spyglass will be hovered.
Click SpyGlass Swipe option and then hover on the map.

Horizontal Swipe
This option allows you to horizontally swipe the map. In addition, you can set the animation and adjust the speed and step size.

To set the speed of the animation, type the specific speed value seconds in the Speed field . Alternatively, you can even select the required value by clicking the up and down arrow.

To set the step size of the animation, type the specific value percentage in the Step Size box . Alternatively, you can even select the required value by clicking the up and down arrow.

To blend the layer, click the Layer Blend tab. This option allows you to fade out a particular layer while fading in another layer.
